Overview

In conjunction with the Georgia Institute of Technology, PDM-5019 was evaluated as a thick film photopatternable material capable of 70 to 100 micrometer (μm) single spin coatings. Its inherent transparency makes high contrast and straight sidewalls achievable.

PDM-5019 is also e-beam sensitive at 10 μC/cm2. Overall, this material is capable of epoxy resin-like structures with simplified processing.
